Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Avenns India, we believe in customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID.

If the cancellation request is received and the order has not been dispatched, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment (via Razorpay). The refund will be processed and should reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.

2. Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for most of our products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please write to us at support@avenns.in within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking via Razorpay). You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., in-ear earphones, personalized items). Please refer to the specific product description before purchasing.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective or damaged upon delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
